Additional costs
Any data charges for downloading and using the app are borne by the customer.
Payment method and timing
Payment is made through your App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play (Google account) payment method.
Payment is taken when the purchase completes, and then automatically on each renewal date.
When the service becomes available
Immediately after payment completes.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. They renew for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
You can cancel at any time from your App Store / Google Play account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Returns and refunds
Because this is digital content, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind after a purchase completes.
Refund requests are handled under the policies of the store you purchased from — App Store or Google Play.
